TERMS & CONDITIONS

To use the GroovyStats.com free counter service, you will be given some HTML code to put on pages you wish to track. The code will show a small banner box on your page and you agree to display this box on your pages in a place where a majority of visitors will see and notice the banner box. This banner box will display your visitor count; clicking on the banner box will take you to the GroovyStats.com homepage where you can login with a password and see more detailed statistics about your website.

Spam Free Privacy Policy: GroovyStats.com does not use your email address for any other purpose than to occasionally communicate about important or relevant changes to your Pride Stats service. Your email address is not sold or rented to any other company. You are allowed to create unlimited number of accounts, however an email address cannot be associated with more than one account. To use another account, you will need to use another email address.

You may cancel your participation at any time by simply removing the Pride Stats code from your website. GroovyStats.com reserves the right to remove accounts for web sites that do not abide by this agreement, or to remove any site which receives no hits in the first 14 days following signup. In other words, use it or lose it :)

GroovyStats.com does not tolerate users who spam. Any user of our counter service who promotes their website through spam that contains our counter code will immediately be terminated, no questions asked!

Sorry, but we don't permit Pride Stats buttons to be used on TGPs, or toplists. All are designed to elicit extraordinary traffic which could be detrimental to other users of the Pride Stats service and which could put an unnecessary strain on our server. It should go without saying, but you are not permitted to use Pride Stats on websites which encourage racism, violence, hate crimes, illegal activities, etc.

You must sign up using accurate information! If you don't indicate the correct domain where you intend to use your Pride Stats code, or if you use a false email address, your account may be terminated. If you intentionally delete the Pride Stats button logo from your webpage or use an unapproved button, your account may also be deleted. We offer our service free in exchange for the small promotional benefit we receive from having our counter displayed on your website.

You acknowledge and agree that your web site information (name, URL, traffic counts, etc.) may be utilized by GroovyStats.com to create lists of member sites, lists of top sites, and to otherwise promote the service. GroovyStats.com retains all ownership and all rights to this site content, logo, software, databases, reports, and information. GroovyStats.com's services are provided "AS IS".

GroovyStats.com makes no guarantee of availability of the statistical program or the data and is held harmless in the event of loss or interruption of service of any kind. We'll do our very best to be 100% reliable, but some problems are beyond our control.

GroovyStats.com reserves the right to modify, or change these Terms of Service at any time.
